Conference Overview

Establishing New Partnerships in Our Communities of Color In Vermont will bring together community members, service providers, legal experts and healthcare advocates to explore the complexities

 of diversity and its impact on the community.  The workshops, presentations and speakers will address a variety of topics to provide an understanding, creative and safe environment where this diverse population can come together openly to share their experiences and ideas, and seek solutions to challenges that create barriers to diversity
